CloseBot allows anyone on a paid plan to connect a persona to any of our supported providers. Business plans and Agency plans both pay a per message cost and will use the four providers that we have access to; OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini and Grok.
Background Prompts
CloseBot chooses the providers that do the background tasks. We know which providers are best for making the decisions we need to make when completing objectives and booking appointments.
Provider Response Selection
Although we choose which provider to do the background actions, we allow you to choose which provider you would like to generate the responses. You can select this from the Persona Settings.
HIPAA Compliance
CloseBot is currently HIPAA compliant with Anthropic and we therefore push all HIPAA accounts to use that provider for all messages and agent processing
