CloseBot now has the capability of managing all affiliate accounts within the affiliate portal within Settings > Affiliates. For users that already have an affiliate account, we have built a method for connecting it within CloseBot.

Navigate to the portal and agree to the affiliate program terms

Select the “Attach Affiliate Account” option

This will pull up a window with some quick instructions and a secret authentication code we have generated for you (this makes is so no one can steal your affiliate account without having external affiliate access)

After copying this code, log into your affiliate portal at https://affiliate.closebot.ai to set the code in your “Last Name” field (don't forget to click SAVE)

After the code is set, return to CloseBot and press “Attempt to Attach Affiliate”

If anything failed to verify, you will see an error message appear in the window

If the connection succeeded, the page will then turn into your affiliate account portal

This linking is required only one time. Once the account has been linked, you will be automatically signed-in to the portal anytime you visit the Affiliate Portal tab
