One of the most powerful things about CloseBot's AI Provider setup is the fact that you can order them based on which is your favorite... then fallback happens in descending order in the case that your first choice fails.

Every message that comes through your source(s) that's connected to an agent will always attempt to use your primary provider first. If something happens, it will try to use a different model within that same provider. If that still fails, we assume their system is down and we will attempt your secondary, continuing to fall back in descending order until one succeeds.

When a fallback happens, the message history is still retained so the conversation continues smooth as butter! CloseBot automatically takes care of all of these complex things so you don't have to worry about it.
