CloseBot makes it super easy to identify why your agent didn't respond, so let's make this short and sweet π₯§ Clicking on a contact or conversation that you didn't get a response to will include a clear warning that explains why your agent didn't respond.
What if the Message Isn't Showing at All?
If the message isn't showing up in your message queue within CloseBot either you don't have the source added to your list of sources or something is wrong with the connection between CloseBot and that source. If that's the case, try to uninstall the CloseBot app from that source and re-connect. If disconnection occurs, this is an issue with your source that should be raised to your sources support team and not CloseBot support.
What if the Message is Showing, But Not Responding?
If a message shows up in the queue, but you're not getting a response, you'll see a warning like we've shown above. In the case that you aren't getting a response and you expected one, you likely need to check your filters on your source to make sure they are set up correctly. Read more about the tag and channel filters and modify as needed to get your agent to respond.
