Overview
Reports allow you to see things at a glance that matter to you. Each report can contain unlimited different dashboard tabs. Each of these dashboard tabs contains charts. This article explains each of these as well as different chart types, metrics and filters. Learning these will help you set up dashboards that give you insights into how your Sales Agents are performing, what they are costing and more!
Reports
Reports are in the side panel when you first navigate to the reports area of the platform. Create a new report, which can contain different dashboard tabs.
Permissions
The primary account owner can modify any report. Team members are only able to modify reports they create.
Dashboards
Dashboards live within reports. Dashboards hold a collection of charts to show you what you want to see. Create a new dashboard within a report by clicking the "+" next to the dashboard tabs.
You can choose to create a dashboard from scratch or start from one of our templates. Some templates are locked if you do not have the Analytics Add-On.
Charts
There are several different types of charts, that allow you to see your data in the format that's best for you. Each of these different chart types have additional settings that help you get the display you want.
We will show each of these as examples as we explain each of our different metrics below.
All of these functions are available via our API if you'd rather have your AI Agents set up your dashboards.
Metrics
There are many different metrics you can report on, as well as using the Formula metric if you need to create your own metric that's a combination of metrics (ex. AI Replies per Contact). For each metric we will give you an idea of how you could use the metric in a formula.
Total Outbound Count
Every message that went out to your leads… AI and human, combined. This is helpful if you're trying to identify the total number of messages per contact your team is sending through your source.
💡Formula Idea: This metric would be helpful if you wanted to identify the percentage of messages sent that were AI generated by using a Formula Metric (ex. AI Replies / Total Outbound).
Below shows a simple chart of total replies per day over 1 week.
AI Response Count
Every reply your AI sent entirely on its own because the source matched Job Flow filters.
💡Formula Idea: You may want to get a clearer picture of cost per AI Reply. Easily do that using the formula metrtic and calculate AI Spend / AI Response Count
You may want to know what times of day and which days of the week are getting the highest AI engagement... do that with the AI Response Count metric and the Heatmap chart. See below.
Total Inbound Message Count
Every message your leads sent back. Similar to how we count all outbound messages as a metric, we also give you a count of total inbound messages. See when your leads are messaging you, regardless of whether or not you have an AI replying.
💡Formula Idea: If you want to see your ratio of Outbound to Inbound messages, use a formula Total Outbound / Total Inbound
See the chart below that shows Inbound Message Count per day over the past 7 days compared to the previous 7 days.
Total Contacts
How many total contacts there are running through your system even counting ones your bots don’t reply to.
💡Formula Idea: Calculate the number of Total Outbound Messages per contact
See below where we show the total number of leads added per month over the past 12 weeks easily compared in a pie chart.
Contacts AI Replied To
How many real people your AI personally engaged. Useful if you want a clear line into when and how your Agents are replying to leads.
💡Formula Idea: Try calculating cost per contact by using a formula of AI Spend / Contacts AI Replied To
See the chart below that shows a line graph view of the number of contacts AI Replied to per Source over 4 weeks.
Lead Score (Avg)
The average quality of the leads coming in. Watch it climb as your targeting and conversations sharpen. You set up your own lead scoring metrics within the source settings of each source.
You may want to see the average lead score over time, hoping that this number is going up with your improvements in lead quality and AI Agent capabilities.
Lead Score Points
Every point your bot awarded as leads showed signals you set up within your source settings Lead Scoring options.
💡Formula Idea: Calculate the cost of lead scoring points. AI Spend / Lead Score Points.
See below where we show the daily trend of points gained by our leads compared to the previous 7 days.
Contacts Booked
How many real people ended up on your calendar. One contact that books multiple appointments counts once.
💡Formula Idea: Calculate the cost per fully qualified contact (booked). AI Spend / Contacts Booked
See the chart below that shows daily contacts booked over the past several weeks (in which only 3 days had booked contacts).
Bookings
Every appointment booked and re-booked by your AI, where one contact that books twice is counted twice.
💡Formula Idea: Calculate the average number of bookings per contact by taking Bookings / Contacts Booked
See the chart below where we break down the bookings per day by channel.
AI Spend
Exactly what your AI conversations cost. Available per source, so you always know your raw cost and where it's being spent.
💡Formula Idea: Calculate your usage profit margin by charting the Billed Cost minus AI Spend
See the chart below where we look at AI Spend per source.
Billed Cost
What your sources were actually charged… matches your invoice line for line.
See the chart below that reflects the total account's billed costs over time as a table.
AI Response Segments
Your consumption in billable segments. One segment always equals one message your AI sends... unless you unlock your agent node. Learn more about that Here.
💡Formula Idea: It's helpful to know the number of message segments per message. With this calculation you can see when messages start costing you more money from unlocked agent nodes. Do that by taking Response Segments / AI Responses
