Key Concepts at a Glance

CloseBot connects sources to agents. Agents are comprised of a job flow (the job to be done) and a persona (the personality performing the job).

Personas define the “voice” and role your AI agent will take on when interacting with leads, helping ensure the experience feels aligned with your brand or industry.

Persona → the person doing the job

Job Flows determine the logic and sequence of actions your agent will follow... from asking qualifying questions to booking appointments.

Job Flow → the job that needs done when engaging with leads

Together, a Persona and a Job Flow form an Agent, which you can assign to specific sources and clients.

You train your agents by uploading knowledge base uploads and attaching those items to your sources.

Finally, the Dashboard gives you real-time insight into your agency’s usage and revenue, breaking down key metrics like user seats, tokens, and message volume so you can track what’s driving the most value.

Getting Started

To get your agents working for you, you'll want to connect at least one source, connect uploads, build, test and publish your job flow and connect that job flow to your source.

Connecting a Source

Connect a source by clicking the sources button in the sidebar and the button to connect a source. Learn more about connecting sources here.

Adding Uploads and Connecting Uploads to a Source

After adding your source, you will be able to upload resources and connect them to sources for your agents to reference when responding to leads that interact with that source.

⭐️ An agent can be connected to unlimited sources. It will always reference uploads attached to sources automatically.

Create or Edit Your Job Flow

Job Flows are the jobs that need to be done by personas.

Connect a Source to a Job Flow

Add as many sources as you want to a job flow and persona to handle. Each source has source filters, which determine which conversation channels (ex. email, text message, live chat, Instagram...) that persona / job flow (agent) is allowed to respond to.
