Detailed App Connection Steps
CloseBot's simple click to connect feature makes it easy to connect to a new GoHighLevel Sub-Account. Start by navigating to the Sources page and clicking to add a new source.
Select HighLevel Sub-Account and click Connect; a pop‑up OAuth window will open. Choose the workspace or account you wish to authorize—if you’re not already logged in, you’ll be prompted to sign in first.
Navigate to the tab that opened that has the CloseBot app permissions for approval. Scroll to the bottom to approve the permissions. Select the sub-account that you would like to connect to from HighLevel and navigate back to the CloseBot app tab.
Back in CloseBot, click Add Source and you’ll land on the Sources list, confirming the connection was successful.
