Detailed App Connection Steps
GoHighLevel and LeadConnector sources have the same steps to connect. CloseBot's simple click to connect feature makes it easy to connect to a new source.
Select either HighLevel LeadConnector or HubSpot and hit Next → Connect; a pop‑up OAuth window will open. Choose the workspace or account you wish to authorize—if you’re not already logged in, you’ll be prompted to sign in first.
Navigate to the tab that opened that has the CloseBot app permissions for approval. Scroll to the bottom to approve the permissions. Select the sub-account that you would like to connect to from HighLevel and navigate back to the CloseBot app tab.
Back in CloseBot, check the box labeled “Allow CloseBot to create/update fields,” enabling your Agent to write to custom properties as needed. Finally, click Add Source and you’ll land on the Sources list, confirming the connection was successful.
