Overview
Unlimited chat widgets can be made for each source where you have the Sales Intelligence Pixel installed and allowed. These chat widgets integrate natively with HighLevel, HubSpot and our Blank (webhook) sources as well as any source we add in the future.
Using the CloseBot widget with your CloseBot bots will always bring you the best possible experience.
Adding a New Chat Widget
You can create a chat widget for a source by navigating to the source settings and clicking Chat Widgets. From there, click New Widget, which will auto-open the settings for that newly created widget.
Widget Order
You can set up filters on which pages you want chat widgets to appear on within the widget's target settings. CloseBot will follow your settings to determine whether or not each widget (starting from the topmost widget) should be displayed on a page.
CloseBot moves down the list to the next widget if the top widget is not allowed to be displayed on the website page.
Click and drag widgets into the position you desire.
Widgets are Unique Channels
Each chat widget operates as its own unique channel for that source. This means you can set up your channel filters to point traffic through that chat widget to different job flows and reply rules just like any other channel for that source.
Conversation View and Manual Replies
Conversations from your chat widget(s) display within CloseBot's conversations page. You can manually reply from within CloseBot on any detected channel, including the chat widget.
Our own chat widget, as with our integration with other source widgets (ex. HighLevel) does have the thinking dots on both ends. When you or your CloseBot Bot are typing, the site visitor sees thinking dots. Also, when the visitor is typing a reply, you see thinking dots within the conversation panel.
Note β HighLevel contacts show chat widget messages back and forth on contacts. HubSpot contacts do not display message history within HubSpot.
