Job flow variables can be found within the job flow builder in settings. Here you can easily create variables to use throughout the job flow builder. Any variables you create here will require any connected sources to fill them out with their source-specific information. Here I've created a job flow variable called Info and another called Calendar ID. These are variables that I plan to use in my job flow that differs per-source.

Job flow variables can be used in any place where job flows take variables (almost all input fields allow variables). Some clever uses include allowing a business (source/ client) to input their own Calendar ID, their own list of services, their own important business information, etc.

If you would like to input values for a job flow variable on behalf of a client, navigate to the list of sources and click the three dots to modify this source's settings. This is where you'll find the list of variables that this source needs to fill out. Remember to save and publish your job flow to make these variables active.

First, you'll need to invite a client to join their new client portal. When they click to edit their Agents, they will see a simplified version of the agent that you have created for them. Here they can modify simple things including these job flow variables.
