Overview

CloseBot’s vision is to be the best application for agencies to build expert-level agents for lead qualification and booking quickly and easily. This is why we have you in the driver’s seat creating Agents for your clients. You use our state-of-the-art drag and drop builder to lay the framework for these agents, and then create custom variables to be used throughout, that can be filled out by your clients.

Job Flow Variables

Job flow variables can be found within the variables tab of the job flow. Here you can easily create variables to use anywhere within your job flow. Any variables you create here need to be filled out for each connected source.

Here I've created a job flow variable called Calendar Name, Business Name and Business Address. These are variables that I plan to use in my job flow that differ per-source.

Where Can You Use Job Flow Variables

Job flow variables can be used in any place where job flows take variables (almost all input fields allow variables) by selecting them from the variables "+" or by typing @source. Some clever uses include allowing a business (source/ client) to input their own Calendar ID, their own list of services, their own important business information, etc.

How to Fill Out Job Flow Variables on Behalf of a Client

If you would like to input values for a job flow variable on behalf of a client, you have two options.

1. In the Job Flow, select the Rocket Icon to open the Job Flow's Source settings. Select the Source which variables you would like to update and enter in the values.

2. Navigate to the list of sources and click the name of the source to open it's settings. Select Variables from the menu, then choose the name of the job flow. Now you can enter in the variables values.

How Your Clients Can Fill Out These Variables

First, you'll need to invite a client to join their new client portal.

When they log in, they will select the Agents tab on the left. Then click the Edit button on the Job Flow that they would like to update the variables.

Click on the Variables tab in the window and enter the variable values.

Summary

There has been so much thought put into the best AI Agent Builder for agencies. Job flow variables are powerful 💪 now go make some re-usable job flows powered by lots of variables!
