Overview
CloseBot agency accounts are designed to allow you to provide done for you agent building services for clients. There are two types of users you can invite. Team members and clients.
Team Members
Inviting a member adds someone to your team who can build agent flows in your account. They can access all areas of your account except for your billing details.
Clients
Inviting a team member adds someone who sees a slightly different view than you do. They see a client portal with a dashboard that shows them how their agent is performing, a knowledge library that they can access to upload resources specifically for their source(s), and an agent view where they can modify agent source variables that you set up for them.
You can choose the source that you would like to add a client to when you invite them. This is the source they will have access to when viewing conversations, uploading their own knowledge library, and modifying their job flow variables.
Summary
Invited users will get an email sent to them where they can click a link to create their client portal account. More permissions for team members and clients is coming, but hopefully this description gives you a clear idea about how team members and clients are different! π§π§ββοΈ
