There are three (3) types of plans with CloseBot. Free, business and agency. The free plan is designed for those who have small businesses, doing little volume, with little complexity. Business plans are designed specifically for businesses. The agency plan is designed for agencies who plan on building done-for-you AI agent service offerings and re-selling this service.

There are plans for all business and agency shapes and sizes. If you’re a business or agency selling or using AI Agents in your CRM for lead qualification and booking, CloseBot is for you.

If you’re using Agents for your own company, a Business account is your best bet. Any paid plan unlocks all of the things that are locked in the free plan listed above. We’ve kept it simple for businesses.

If you’re creating Agents for clients and want to add to your margin, our Agency account is perfect. The focus of this plan is re-billing and white labeling. As businesses within your portal incur usage, you will earn income through re-billing at your own markup rates.

The usage costs are there to keep the base price low and allow you to make more revenue for your business or agency as you scale. There are three different usage costs to keep in mind.

This is the main ongoing cost – think of it as paying for CloseBot’s hard work per message to guide your Agent(s). However, this does not include the token costs that you incur from AI providers like Anthropic and OpenAI. CloseBot V2 requires that you use your own API key(s) and does not cover any of your AI provider costs.

You are limited to a 100 message ceiling cap per month (included at no cost from CloseBot) but can pay as you go for $0.08 per message over that amount. If you're going over often on the free plan, it's probably best for you to get a business or agency plan.

Your message limit on any paid business plan is 500 messages. You can pay more monthly to increase that monthly ceiling. The higher you raise the ceiling, the more you get to take advantage of bulk pricing. Having an exceptional month? Not a problem! If you go over your ceiling cap, you pay per message with a 2x overage rate. This gets drawn from your wallet.

We’ve kept it simple – you pay $0.006 per message, and you can set whatever markup you want when billing your clients. They have a wallet they top up to cover your usage costs (their wallet payments pay directly to you through your Stripe account). You have a wallet to cover your base usage costs to CloseBot (your wallet payments pay directly to CloseBot). The marked up amount you set up within your Agency account is your profit!

Your Agents likely need to pull knowledge from a library of documents and websites, and we’ve revamped how this works in V2. Keep in mind, we only charge for the actual text content size of an upload. Therefore, even if you upload videos (will be supported soon), we’ll just bill for the transcript. For context, 1MB of text is the equivalent of about 1,000 pages of text 😳

Come with 1MB included. Need more? You can select add-on storage to fit your business. Prices range from $0.10 to $3.00 per MB per month depending on how much you need. It’s cheaper the more you need.

You’ll pay $0.006 per MB per day, and like with messages, you can set your own markup when billing clients (another way to drive revenue!).

Any time you want to add a user to the platform, whether they are a client that wants to log in to a portal to view usage or a team member who you want to be able to build agents, they all use a seat.

CloseBot doesn’t charge you anything extra for your AI Provider token usage, but this is also something that you can re-bill to your subaccounts. You choose whether you want to bill subaccounts based on token markup, message markup, or a combination of both!
