Overview
CloseBot acquired ZappyChat on June 3rd. Learn more about CloseBot HERE. With that acquisition, anyone who has a valid ZappyChat plan can link that plan to a CloseBot account (existing or new), getting access to both with their single payment plan. This payment plan has also been moved over to being managed by CloseBot.
ZappyChat is sunsetting on December 31st, so it's important to do this process before then. Until then ZappyChat will operate as usual.

How to Link Plans
After June 9th, all sales and billing questions should be directed at CloseBot support, accessible via your CloseBot account only. You'll want to link to or create a CloseBot account via this method to allow you to connect with our sales and billing team. The only way to contact them for your joint plan management is through CloseBot.
Think of ZappyChat as an add-on for CloseBot. It comes with your paid plan, but you must manage your plan from CloseBot.
Step 1: ZappyChat Button to Connect
You'll notice a button available in your ZappyChat V1 and V2 account that allows you to connect to CloseBot. Clicking this button navigates you to the CloseBot sign in page.
Step 2: Sign in or Sign Up
Sign in if you have already created a CloseBot account (V2). Sign up if you have not yet created a CloseBot Account. This is different than CloseBot Classic (V1). CloseBot Classic credentials do not work here.
Step 3: Use CloseBot to Manage Account
All account management must be done from your CloseBot account. There is no way to modify your account within your ZappyChat account and ZappyChat support does not have the ability to modify your plan for you.
