You may not know just how powerful the job flow builder is. Did you know about the keyboard shortcuts that you're able to take advantag of there? Using keyboard shortcuts can cut down on the amount of time it takes to make your job flows.

If you want to select multiple actions to move them all at once or delete them, use COMMAND + CLICK.

Another way to select multiple items is to hold the shift key and then drag your clicker across the screen. This allows you to select and move or delete multiple actions together.

When clicking on an action or an arrow between actions, you can click the backspace (or delete key) to delete the item. Using the keyboard to do this can be quicker than using your mouse.
