Overview
The Email Follow-Up tool can be found in the Job Flow on the right side where your actions and tools are located. Like other tools, you can turn this on or off per Job Flow. With the tool enabled, your agent will have the ability to send an email to the client.
How it Works
Importantly, the contact must have an email address on their contact record for an email to be sent out. This can be collected by the agent or already on the contact from a form fill or another way.

When a contact asks for an email to be sent to them, CloseBot will detect the request and generate an email using AI about the subject matter that the contact requested.
This will be send using the email channel in your CRM even if the CloseBot Source Filters do not allow responses on the email channel.

The information that is in the email will take into consideration all available information in CloseBot, meaning that it will use How to Respond from the persona, Why the Conversation is Happening and Important Business Info from the Job Flow as well as any Knowledge Document attached to the Source the contact came from.

Below is an example of how this can be useful in a conversation.

This simulates a business that has multiple offers. The contact requests details about both so a better decision can be made by them. Because the contact requests, the information, the Agent sends the email. The request is the important thing that starts the process.
Conversation 1:
Agent: Which package are you interested in? We have our base package and our premium package.
Contact: I am not sure, could you email me the details of each so I can look it over with my husband?
Agent: Absolutely! I will send that right over. Let me know when you and your husband have made a decision.

This is an example of a condotel project. The contact requests an emailed list of amenities that the condotel offers it's owners. All of the amenities are listed in the Knowledge Document for this Agent so it can find that information and send the email to the contact.
Conversation 2:
Contact: What amenities does your condotel offer to the owners/guests?
Agent: Driftwood Resort & Residences offers 1 covered parking spot, an Olympic size pool, 10-12 foot ceilings in most rooms, a private bar/restaurant and many more amenities for our members to enjoy!
Contact: Could you send me an email with a complete list of amenities offered?
Agent: Sure, I will send it now.
