Access
There are three ways to get access to the Pro Templates.
All Annual plans automatically have access to the Pro Template Library.
If you do not have access to the Pro Template Library and you are on an annual plan, reach out to support and they will be able to add the templates into your account.
Access to the Pro Templates can be purchased within CloseBot's Edit Subscription tab.
Within CloseBot, go to User Setting by clicking the Chevron (carrot) symbol in the top right corner of the screen. Click Subscriptions, and then click the Add to Plan button at the bottom of the screen. The templates will be a one time purchase of $499.
Templates can also be earned at certain times by participating in special events or promos.

By getting access to the templates in any way ensures you will have access to them and any future templates that are added for as long as you use CloseBot.
The Pro Template Library offers over 50 unique templates that you can use as a starting point while building out your Job Flow.
Set Up
Always expect to edit at least some fields or actions when utilizing templates. The templates in the library are not plug and play, but they are an extremely useful starting point.
You will always need to open the Job Flow Settings and enter your specific business information in the Job Information tab.
You will also need to look through the actions in the Job Flow and make sure that the information is relevant and specific to your unique business, and update the booking action so it will book to your appropriate calendar.
Look through the Pro Templates to learn how certain actions should be set up. There are many examples of ways to use different tools that we have available.
