Overview
The Get Property Details action allows you to get information about a property by giving CloseBot access to an address.
Get Property Details is an action in a group called "Other Actions." These actions all call webhooks from other programs and return information that you can use in your conversation. These actions will need other actions with them to be able to get the most out of them.
Set Up
Set up for Get Property Details is very simple. The only available field is Address. Here you can add a variable for the result of your Get Full Address.Result. If you have already collected the contact's address, you can also use the variable for contact.full_address. This field will need an address with Address 1, City, State and Zip.
The Address field on this action will also accept a PropertyId that can be obtained by adding an address to the Verify Address action and returning the Property ID, but the Verify Address action will soon be depreciated.

Example
We want our agent to make an offer on a property based on the Estimated property value of their home.
In this scenario, we have a list of property addresses, phone numbers and names of the owners.
First we will have a workflow in our CRM that sends out a text message. When the contact replies to that text message, The first action in our Job Flow will be Get Property Details.
We will add the address from the CRM's contact record to the Get Property Details action's Address Field.
β
Now we will set up the Statement to explain the offer. Here we will allow the AI to create the message using AI and then move on without a reply from the customer. Lets tell the contact that we are looking for houses that match the description of their house, telling them there is a shortage of homes in their county on the market. As models are improving, prompts like this are more possible and can save you time building systems that would do these calculations. All of the variables that we use in this area will come from the node variable of the Get Property Details action.
Based on whether or not they are interested in a cash offer for their house, we will book them or disqualify them. In the Extra Prompt, we can let the agent know what we are willing to give them as an offer for their house. We will offer 70% of the value of the house as a cash offer.
Finally, depending on if they are interested in booking an appointment, we give them an option to call now or book a meeting. If they are not interested in booking, we will send them a DQ Message and stop responding.
