Overview

Bot Detected Custom Scenario will detect if it is messaging to another automated system.

Typically the conversation would be turned off at that time by having the scenario go to a Stop Responding action or a Modify Tags action that adds an "ai off" tag.

This action follows the rules of Custom Scenarios, but it is built to detect if the agent is talking to an automated system.

You do not have to worry about prompting this scenario because it is pre-prompted to detect the actions of modern day agentic AI.


Summary

This pre-prompted scenario is useful in detecting if your agent is having conversation with another automated system. By detecting this, you can save yourself or your customers lots of money because if two systems that are programmed to always respond to input are speaking to each other, it can be costly waiting for the max messages quota to be met.
